This Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions purchased for jobAIssistant. All payments are processed by Stripe, our Merchant of Record.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a full 14-day money-back guarantee on all subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with jobAIssistant for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase. Please include:
- Your order number or the email address used to purchase
- Your reason for the refund request
Refunds are processed by Stripe and typically appear within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or payment method.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. When you cancel:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- You keep full access to all features until the billing period ends
- Your subscription will not automatically renew
- You can reactivate your subscription at any time
Changes to Subscription Plans
If you upgrade or downgrade your subscription:
- Upgrades take effect immediately
- Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period
- You will be charged the new subscription rate on your next billing date
